“Arabella was an absolute star all through my wedding journey – from my hair and makeup trial to my wedding morning, she was a total joy to work with. She was in touch before the trial with some really good advice to ensure I got the most out of the experience. I was actually quite nervous, as I know so little about hair and makeup – but she made it really easy to understand and put me totally at ease. She was highly knowledgeable about all of the different options for hair and make up looks, and was incredibly skilled when it came to working with my skin tone and hair type. She’s also just an absolutely lovely person. Really easy to talk to – and she made me laugh! Her greatest strength though, is her ability to really listen, to understand what I was saying (and sometimes what I was trying to say…!) She asked all the right questions to ensure I got what I wanted. On the morning of my wedding she was a total super hero. It’s such an important day – and emotions can run pretty high, but Arabella was such a fantastic and calming presence. She got me and my maid of honour ready, and kept my nerves completely at bay in a lovely relaxing way. She was a perfect addition to the day. ”
