“I knew that I’d get on well with Arabella as soon as I met her. She has a lovely, friendly demeanour. I got to know her a bit better during the trial and knew I’d made exactly the right choice. She’s very funny, a little bit sassy and very bubbly which is just what is needed on a wedding day full of emotions from various people.
Arabella was realistic and honest about ideas and what would/wouldn’t work, which was very helpful. On the day, she was calm, organised, punctual and just brilliant. The time flew and we chatted away with her putting me at ease. Arabella even dealt with the fresh petals for the flower girls just before the ceremony! I should also mention that my hair and make-up was fantastic and what we discussed and planned in the trial. It lasted all day and I received lots of compliments. Arabella was such a lovely person to have around on the day and her work was great. I would definitely recommend her!”
