“I chose to use Arabella for my wedding in February. I had asked for a natural look with darker eyes and I was delighted with the result. I am not really very knowledgeable about make-up and getting ready is normally a quick blusher and mascara effort; however having the trial session was so much fun and really helped me to think through some new make-up ideas as well as teach me about how to pick colours and use make-up more effectively. I left feeling confident in knowing how I would look on the day and that really helped with the nerves! On the day of the wedding Arabella was the epitome of professional – her approach was calm and methodical and I didn’t feel stressed or panicked at all; because we had already tried out some different looks we both knew exactly what was happening and this took away a lot of stress and meant I could just enjoy my morning being pampered. The result was completely fantastic and I looked and felt beautiful! I had lots of compliments about how natural my make-up was and I was delighted that it lasted well into the evening without looking old. Arabella’s skill and knowledge of her craft is exceptional, I believe this is what an artisan is. When I put my wedding dress on and turned to look at myself in the mirror I saw everything I had hoped for and more. Even my happy tears didn’t smudge the craftsmanship of Arabella’s brushes. Thank you Arabella.”
