“Firstly, just let me say: you are so very, very good at your job. You not only know what will work seemingly just by looking at someone but you’re sensitive to those peculiarities that we all have and put me at ease right away when I met you for my trial. You listened and calmly explained why you thought something may work better for me, you patiently let me change any little aspects of the colouring or shaping until I was happy and you were clearly right about my colouring after all, despite me having clung to bright pink blusher my whole life!!
On the day of the wedding, I was really looking forward to seeing you as I knew that your sunny personality would bring a sense of excitement and I felt very comfortable that I could trust you completely. You had ensured a follow up email after the trial to finalise any small details and recommend a beauty treatment which turned out to be such a good idea so I was feeling my best as you arrived, knowing that everything would be taken care of. You took the time to make each of us feel special and beautiful and have a real gift of complimenting in a way which feels genuine. I felt my most beautiful all evening and am so thankful to you for taking care of us all so well, even down to holding my dress up out of the rain – a true hero!“
